The Second International Conference on Future Communications and Networking (FCN2024) was held successfully in Valletta, Malta, from November 18th to 22nd, 2024. The conference centered on avant-garde domains, encompassing AI-driven communications and networking, edge and cloud computing, mobile wireless communications, the next-generation internet, and space-air-ground multi-domain communications. Amidst this prestigious gathering, Liu Zhaoyang, a doctoral student mentored by Associate Professor Wang Xijun from a prominent Chinese university, emerged victorious with the Best Paper Award for his research entitled "Heterogeneous Wireless Network Multiple Access Protocol Based on Federated Meta-Reinforcement Learning".
