The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and other relevant departments have issued guidance aimed at fostering the high-quality development of the data industry. This guidance emphasizes the need to advance the coordinated evolution of cloud-edge-end computing technology and endorse technological innovations, such as cloud-native solutions, to establish computing capabilities tailored for large-scale data aggregation, real-time analysis, and intelligent applications. Additionally, it stresses the importance of intensifying research and development efforts in new storage technologies, increasing the share of intelligent storage solutions, and supporting cross-domain data storage and portability. In line with the evolution of AI, the guidance aims to elevate the intelligence level in data collection, governance, and application, while reinforcing research and development in core technologies, including data annotation and synthesis. Furthermore, it calls for accelerating the research, development, and application of advanced technologies such as trusted data spaces, blockchain, privacy computing, and anonymization.
