Lotus Holdings: Subsidiary's Subsidiary to Ink RMB 555 Million High-Performance Computing Service Deal

Lotus Holdings has announced that its indirect subsidiary, Lotus Zixing, is poised to sign a High-Performance Computing Power Service Agreement with a state-owned enterprise based in Shanghai. Pursuant to the agreement, Lotus Zixing will furnish the counterparty with high-performance computing power and operational maintenance services amounting to 1545 PFLOPS (BFLOAT 16) over a five-year period, with a total contract value of RMB 555 million.
