Lotus Zixing, a subsidiary under Lotus Holdings' control, has recently inked a "High-Performance Computing Power Service Contract" amounting to RMB 555 million with a state-owned enterprise based in Shanghai. The agreement outlines the provision of 1,545 PFLOPS of computing power, along with operation and maintenance services, over a five-year period. This contract has been duly approved by the board of directors and is not anticipated to significantly impact the company's financial stability or business independence. Nonetheless, there remains a possibility that the contract might not be fully executed.
