Recognizing this, China has enacted several key laws, including the "Cybersecurity Law," the "Data Security Law," and the "Personal Information Protection Law," thereby establishing a robust institutional framework and legal foundation for data security. Furthermore, to govern and regulate cross-border data flows, the "Regulations on Promoting and Regulating Cross-border Data Flows" have been formulated, providing a clear and definitive legal basis for such activities.
