Amidst the rapid evolution of information technology, computing power has emerged as a pivotal metric for gauging the advancement of digital economies across nations and regions. To fuel the evolution of the computing power industry, the National Development and Reform Commission, alongside other relevant departments, issued the "Implementation Opinions on Deepening the Execution of the 'East Data, West Computation' Initiative and Accelerating the Development of a Nationally Integrated Computing Power Network" on December 25, 2023. These opinions are aimed at harmonizing the collaborative computing efforts of general-purpose, intelligent, and supercomputing power resources. Since the publication of these guidelines a year ago, the allocation and management of computing power resources have become increasingly scientific and rational. The industry's development trajectory has become more defined, investment activities within the industry's supply chain have intensified, and a robust growth trend has emerged on both the supply and demand sides of the computing power market.
