By 2027, China Mobile plans to significantly expand its total procurement volume, with an estimated total exceeding 500 billion yuan. Of this, both computing power investment and terminal procurement and sales are each expected to surpass 100 billion yuan, with computing power representing the largest incremental investment. The company has already established 10,000-card computing clusters in multiple locations and is deploying several ultra-large-scale computing clusters. Computing capacity is set to double for two consecutive years over the next two years. This year, construction has begun on three gigawatt-level computing parks, with two more planned for next year, bringing the total to seven.
