Jin Gang Photovoltaic has announced that its controlled subsidiary, Jiuquan Jin Gang Intelligent Computing Technology, plans to enter into a Computing Power Cloud Service Contract with Computing Power Customer A. Under the agreement, Jiuquan Jin Gang will provide cloud services to the client, delivering all computing power nodes in batches, with each batch having a service term of 60 months. The estimated total tax-inclusive value of the cloud service fees under the contract is capped at RMB 1.536 billion, of which the first and second batches combined amount to RMB 384 million including tax. Pricing for subsequent batches may be adjusted in accordance with the mechanism stipulated in the contract, and the actual total amount shall be determined based on the actual quantities delivered and the execution prices of each batch as confirmed by both parties. Settlement will follow a "pay-first, serve-later" model, with prepayment settled on a quarterly basis.
