On October 26, SEC filings revealed that SpaceX has entered into a binding master finance lease agreement with Apollo Global Management. Apollo will acquire GPU clusters and related equipment, leasing them to SpaceX, with the total principal amount of the lease expected to reach $40 billion. The lease transactions are planned to be completed by the end of 2026, with the lease arrangements taking effect upon GPU delivery in the first half of 2027. The financing lease terms for each batch will be approximately 5 to 5.25 years.
