SiE Consulting issued a statement declaring that it has recently entered into a Computing Power Networking Service Contract with Company W. Under this agreement, SiE Consulting will furnish comprehensive supporting computing power networking services. The total contract value, inclusive of taxes, amounts to 315 million yuan. Following the execution of this contract, the cumulative contract value (tax-inclusive) for computing power services between the two entities has been revised from 6.72 billion yuan to 7.035 billion yuan, applying a tax rate of 6%.
