Xingyun Technology has officially declared that its wholly-owned entity, Shenzhen Xingyun, has entered into a revised Computing Power Service Agreement along with a Supplementary Agreement with its VB customer. This move effectively terminates the prior contract. The fresh contract introduces adjustments to the computing power service fees and the distribution of Token revenue, all while preserving the original service duration. The cumulative tax-inclusive value of the contract now stands at RMB 3.357 billion, reflecting a nearly 9.96% uptick from the initial agreement and a substantial surge of 231.13% when juxtaposed with the foundational contract valued at RMB 1.014 billion. The scale of collaboration under this pact encompasses 256 units, and upon successful execution, it is poised to exert a discernible influence on the company's future operational performance.
