On October 12, ST Doushen made an announcement stating that its fully-owned subsidiary’s subsidiary, Doushen Hong Kong Limited, has recently entered into a computing power service agreement with XYZ. This agreement spans a service period of 60 months and carries a total contract value of USD 112 million (excluding tax), which is roughly equivalent to RMB 755 million. The contract will become effective once it has been duly signed by the authorized representatives of both involved parties.
