Regarding the potential impact of the recently rumored policy restrictions on overseas imports and exports on the company, Tianfu Communication clarified during an online communication session that its core business revolves around the research and development, production, and sales of a diverse range of passive and active optical devices. At present, the relevant policies do not place any restrictions on optical device products, and thus, they do not affect the company's operations. Furthermore, the company's sales revenue from the U.S. market constitutes a relatively small portion, with sales revenue from North America representing roughly 1.28% of its total operating revenue in 2025. Currently, Tianfu Communication boasts a robust backlog of orders and sustained customer demand. It will continue its global expansion in a methodical manner, guided by market demand and the progress of customer projects. The company maintains a positive outlook on the long-term development prospects of the optical interconnection industry, especially anticipating continued growth in areas such as CPO (Co-Packaged Optics) and NPO (Near-Packaged Optics).
