On October 8, it was reported that the boom in data center construction in Finland continues to heat up. Following Alphabet's Google announcing last month its largest-ever investment in Europe in Finland, multiple new projects have emerged. Finland, with its advantages of a cool climate, renewable energy supply, and ready-made grid connections, has attracted several companies, including Alibaba Group and Applied Digital. These companies have recently announced plans to invest in and build data centers in Finland. Currently, the total investment in data center projects planned or underway in Finland has exceeded €67 billion (approximately $75 billion).
