Google has received a stop-work order, requiring the suspension of construction on its data center projects in Muhos and Kajaani, Finland. This comes just a month after Google committed to a significant investment in Finland. On Tuesday, the Finnish Licensing and Supervision Authority (LVV) issued a notice to Google's subsidiary, Tuike Finland Oy, demanding that construction at the two sites be halted until an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is completed.
