The deal terms reveal that data center operator Firmus Grid plans to conduct its initial public offering (IPO) in Australia this month, targeting a valuation of AUD 43.7 billion (approximately USD 30.3 billion). The IPO price is set at AUD 11 per share, aiming to raise at least USD 5 billion. The book-building period is scheduled from October 6 to 9, barring any accelerated issuance. Previously, Firmus Grid secured a USD 2 billion investment commitment in August from investors including Jane Street Capital, Blackstone Group, and NVIDIA, and also completed a USD 505 million financing round led by Coatue Management in April.
