Recently, Feng Assistant has entered into two significant agreements in the realm of computing power. The first is a computing power server procurement contract with Company C, valued at 3.96 billion yuan (inclusive of tax). The second is a computing power service agreement with Company D, amounting to 5.717 billion yuan (inclusive of tax, with additional cabinet service fees). Both agreements span a cooperation period of 60 months. The relevant proposals for these agreements have already received the green light from the board of directors. However, the procurement agreement with Company C still requires the ratification of the shareholders' meeting before it can be finalized.
