On September 23, as per the official account of SuperMap Software Group, the 5th Beidou Large-Scale Application International Summit wrapped up in Zhuzhou, Hunan, on September 19. At the summit, the Spatiotemporal Data Circulation Service Center was officially launched. SuperMap Software also entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Hunan Spatiotemporal Information Data Co., Ltd., with the shared goal of collaborating on the development of the Hunan Spatiotemporal Data Transaction Circulation and Comprehensive Application Platform. This platform is designed to dismantle data silos across various departments and industries, promote the conversion of spatiotemporal data from mere resources into valuable assets and capital, and bolster the government's capacity for refined governance. Leveraging its technological prowess in the Geographic Information System (GIS) domain, SuperMap Software will contribute to the establishment of a spatiotemporal information big data center, a data service center, and a cloud platform for the initiative, thereby enabling a multitude of application scenarios, including smart agriculture, the low-altitude economy, and urban governance.
