On September 23, news emerged that during the 2026 China International Digital Economy Expo, the Hebei Provincial Bureau of Data and Government Services entered into a strategic cooperation pact with Sugon, thereby officially inaugurating the Hebei Photosynthetic Organization Industrial Ecosystem Innovation Center. Drawing on the Photosynthetic Organization's proficiency in industrial ecosystem aggregation and resource orchestration, the center is set to channel national computing power and AI resources to bolster the digital transformation endeavors of industries across Hebei. Zeng Chao, the Deputy Secretary-General of the Photosynthetic Organization, highlighted that the center functions as a pivotal provincial-level ecological platform, instrumental in the organization's strategic positioning within the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
