The nation aims to make measured progress and systematically advance its development. Yu Xiaohui, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, emphasized the importance of adopting an application-centric strategy. This involves upgrading broadband networks to support dual-10Gbps capabilities, expediting the deployment of low-Earth orbit satellite internet systems, refining the international maritime and terrestrial network configurations, augmenting the scale and quality of computing power infrastructure, and fortifying the synergy and interconnectivity of computing networks. These efforts are geared towards providing robust support for the establishment of an integrated computing power network.
