The nation will pursue their construction with a balanced, proactive, and systematic approach. Yu Xiaohui, the Vice Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, emphasized the importance of an application-centric strategy. This includes upgrading broadband networks to dual 10-gigabit capabilities, expediting the development of low-Earth orbit satellite internet systems, refining the international maritime and terrestrial network configurations, expanding and enhancing the quality of computing infrastructure, and bolstering the coordination and interconnection of computing networks to provide robust support for the establishment of an integrated computing network.
