On September 22, Aoni Electronics disclosed that its fully-owned subsidiary, Aoni Intelligent Technology (Zhongshan) Co., Ltd., had entered into a procurement agreement with Company A for the acquisition of GPU computing power cards. The aggregate contract value stands at 1.67 billion yuan (inclusive of taxes), with the contract becoming officially effective upon the signing and sealing by both involved parties.
