U.S. data center operator CleanSpark Inc. successfully issued its first five-year high-yield bond linked to Meta Platforms Inc., with subscription demand exceeding the issuance size by more than four times. The bond, valued at nearly $2.28 billion, attracted approximately $10 billion in subscriptions. It was priced at 98.5 cents on the dollar, offering a yield of 8.25%, which is about 175 basis points higher than the average yield of BB-rated corporate bonds tracked by Bloomberg.
