Leon Technology has made an announcement stating that Kunshan Cloud Data, a subsidiary under its wholly-owned entity Leon Cloud Data (Sichuan) Co., Ltd., intends to purchase, in cash, the entire 100% equity stake of Kunshan Boxi Data Technology Co., Ltd. that is currently held by Kunshan Bosheng Data Technology Co., Ltd., for a sum of 193 million RMB. Following the successful completion of this transaction, Boxi Data will be consolidated into the financial statements of Leon Technology.
