Xingyun Technology has declared that its board of directors has given the green light to a proposal aimed at escalating the 2026 annual procurement budget for server equipment and components, for both the company and its subsidiaries, by a substantial 13 billion yuan. This adjustment will elevate the total annual procurement budget to a maximum of 20 billion yuan. However, this proposal is still pending approval from the shareholders' meeting. The company clarified that this procurement initiative is designed to cater to the everyday operational requirements of its AI computing power and cross-border digital trade ventures, thereby facilitating the company's business transformation and upgrade. Nevertheless, it is crucial to acknowledge the potential risks associated with procurement execution, fundraising endeavors, and the looming debt pressure. Previously, during the second extraordinary shareholders' meeting convened on April 13, 2026, the company had already sanctioned a related proposal to allocate no more than 7 billion yuan from its own and self-raised funds (inclusive of finance lease payments) for the procurement of server equipment and components.
