On September 12, news emerged that the Xiong'an International Computing Power Integrated Scheduling Center officially began its operations at the Xiong'an Forum during the 2026 China Computing Power Conference. This center comprises two key modules: the Computing Power Integrated Scheduling Platform and the International Large Model Service Platform.
The Computing Power Integrated Scheduling Platform is designed to establish a national-level, cross-regional hub for computing power scheduling. By harmonizing various heterogeneous computing power resources and creating a network for computing power circulation, it effectively tackles the challenge of isolated computing power resources. At present, the platform encompasses eight major national computing power hubs and is interconnected with 44 computing power resource pools spread across 19 provinces nationwide, boasting a total computing power of over 27,000 P (PetaFLOPS).
Furthermore, utilizing the capabilities of the Computing Power Integrated Scheduling Platform, the International Large Model Service Platform specializes in Token scheduling services. It aggregates a comprehensive array of mainstream large models, aiming to construct a global hub for large model aggregation services.
