The three major indices of A-shares experienced a collective upward movement at the close of trading. The Shanghai Composite Index climbed by 0.07%, while the Shenzhen Component Index advanced by 1.91%. Notably, the ChiNext Index surged ahead with a remarkable 3.41% gain. Computing power stocks emerged as the standout performers, with the CPO and PCB sectors taking the lead in driving the market's upward momentum. Several stocks, including Cambridge Technology, Accelink Technologies, and Shennan Circuits, reached their daily limit. Yuanjie Technology witnessed an impressive surge of over 16%, and Zhongji Innolight also posted a significant rise of over 10%. Agricultural stocks also exhibited strength, with Dunhuang Seed Industry and Wanxiang De'nong hitting their daily limit. On the downside, the large-cap financial and precious metals sectors were among the notable decliners. Ping An Insurance, Shandong Gold, and Sichuan Gold all experienced drops exceeding 3%. Chip stocks displayed a mixed trend, with Moore Threads hitting the daily limit down and Inspur Information declining by over 9%.
