On September 3, Xingyun Technology unveiled the signing of a Computing Power Leasing Agreement with a VD client. This agreement entails the provision of computing power resource leasing services over a five-year span, with the total contract value, inclusive of taxes, reaching 922 million yuan. Currently, the company is actively proceeding with the procurement of computing power resources and will initiate the leasing process immediately upon the completion of delivery. Prior to this, Xingyun Technology had already secured numerous computing power service contracts, with long-term framework orders for computing power, spanning 3-5 years, totaling approximately 15.082 billion yuan in its portfolio.
