On August 31 (local time), cloud infrastructure provider Nscale announced that it had secured financing commitments totaling approximately US$3 billion, involving two senior secured delayed draw term loans. The funds will be used to support the construction of data center parks in Ward County, Texas, and Madison County, North Carolina, in the United States, with the former receiving a maximum loan amount of US$1.85 billion and the latter a maximum of US$1.2 billion.
