By the end of July 2026, the total national intelligent computing capacity is expected to reach 2.45 million PFLOPS (FP16), with the intelligent computing capacity of the eight national computing hubs and three coordinated development zones for computing and electricity accounting for over 85%. A total of 1.45 million PFLOPS of intelligent computing capacity has been connected to the national-level monitoring and scheduling platform. The National Data Bureau will promote high-quality development of computing capacity through measures such as optimizing layout and strengthening scheduling. Additionally, by 2025, China's number of authorized patents for intelligent agents is expected to exceed 3,400, with a growth rate more than double that of the previous year.
