Vice Governor of Guizhou Province Luo Qiang stated at the 2026 China International Big Data Industry Expo that Guizhou now has 50 data centers under construction or in operation, with a total computing capacity exceeding 176 EFLOPS, of which AI computing accounts for over 98%. Additionally, Guizhou has attracted 135 data annotation companies, employing over 16,000 people in data annotation.
