ZTE has unveiled its semi-annual financial report for 2026, showing a total revenue of 78.025 billion yuan for the first half of the year, marking a 9.05% increase compared to the same period last year. Nevertheless, its net profit declined by 45.57% year-on-year, amounting to 2.753 billion yuan. The main causes of this performance pressure are the transitions in industry cycles and adjustments in business structure. ZTE has decided not to distribute profits or convert capital reserves into share capital for this interim period. It is worth noting that the net profit in the second quarter (Q2) reached 1.442 billion yuan, showing a 10% increase from the previous quarter, while the net profit in the first quarter (Q1) was 1.31 billion yuan.
