According to sources familiar with the matter, Singapore-based data center operator DayOne Data Centers Ltd. has filed for a U.S. IPO in a confidential manner, planning to go public as early as next quarter. The company aims to raise approximately $5 billion through the IPO, with a target valuation potentially reaching $20 billion. Previously, DayOne has completed multiple rounds of financing, with investors including Coatue Management, Hillhouse, and the Indonesia Investment Authority, among others.
