According to reports, on August 7, Anudith Nakornthap, Thailand's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, stated that the Thai government is considering requiring data centers to provide their own water and power supply, as those relying on the public power grid or municipal water supply may face higher water and power rates.
