On July 29, Seagate Technology unveiled its financial performance for both the fourth fiscal quarter and the entire fiscal year that concluded on July 3, 2026. During the fourth fiscal quarter, the company's revenue soared to $3.629 billion, a significant leap from the $2.444 billion recorded in the corresponding period of the previous year. Its net profit for the quarter stood at $1.294 billion, in stark contrast to the $488 million achieved during the same timeframe last year.
Looking at the full fiscal year, Seagate Technology's revenue amounted to $12.195 billion, a notable increase from the $9.097 billion reported in the preceding year. The net profit for the entire year reached $3.184 billion, a substantial rise compared to the $1.469 billion posted in the previous year.
Dave Mosley, the Chairman and CEO of Seagate, attributed the robust performance growth to the strong demand emanating from cloud data centers and the company's rigorous execution of its strategies. He also expressed optimism, anticipating that this positive trend will persist into 2027.
