The duo is set to co-invest a substantial sum of 100 million yuan to set up Gansu Tansun Digital Intelligence Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. In this venture, Tansun Technology will inject 70 million yuan, thereby securing a 70% ownership stake. The two entities will pool their resources to delve into the computing power leasing business, and this newly-formed joint venture will be incorporated into the consolidated financial statements of Tansun Technology.
