Insigma Group: Secures Service Contract for Third Module of ZH12 Data Center, Anticipating RMB 448 Million in Total Revenue

Insigma Group has officially declared the complete construction and operational launch of the ZH12 Data Center project. This collaborative endeavor was undertaken by its wholly-owned subsidiary alongside Alibaba. Notably, Zhejiang Tmall Technology has recently inked a 10-year service contract with the project company for the third module. Throughout the service tenure, the anticipated total revenue (inclusive of tax but exclusive of electricity expenses) for this module is projected to reach RMB 448 million, which will be gradually recognized over the course of a decade. With this latest agreement, business contracts for all three modules of the ZH12 project have now been successfully secured.
