During the research, Liu Liehong commended the noteworthy progress Guangzhou has achieved in these pertinent areas. He underscored the necessity of propelling forward the market-oriented allocation reform of data elements. Additionally, he stressed the importance of bolstering the supply capacity for top-notch datasets.
