On May 11, CSC released a research report revealing a thriving supply-demand dynamic in China's domestic computing power market, accompanied by a consistent rise in computing power costs. From the demand perspective, DeepSeek's initial funding round soared to an impressive RMB 50 billion, with the primary objective of bolstering computing power resources. Meanwhile, the daily consumption of Doubao Tokens experienced a dramatic increase, jumping from 60 trillion at the end of last year to 120 trillion by early April this year.
On the supply front, the integration of domestic chips into the market accelerated, significantly enhancing the overall supply capacity. According to IDC data, by 2025, domestically produced chips are projected to account for 41% of China's cloud AI accelerator shipments, with Huawei leading the pack with an estimated 812,000 units shipped. Additionally, the widespread adoption of Agent technology has spurred a surge in CPU demand, potentially altering the CPU-to-GPU ratio from 1:8 to 1:1.
Furthermore, the commercial aerospace sector is poised for a series of exciting developments. These include the highly anticipated maiden flight of the Long March 10B rocket, scheduled for mid-to-late May, the inaugural launch of the Galaxy Power Zhishenling-1 rocket in late May, and Blue Arrow Aerospace's second attempt at first-stage recovery for the Zhuque-3 rocket within the second quarter.
