Jinko Power has declared that it has entered into an Investment Agreement with the People's Government of Zhongwei City. Both entities have arrived at a cooperative consensus for the development of a 1GW computing power center project in Zhongwei, Ningxia. This ambitious project entails a total investment of approximately 24.5 billion yuan, spans an expansive area of 800 acres, and envisions the deployment of 50,000 cabinets. The implementation will unfold in three distinct phases. As the lead investor, Jinko Power will spearhead the initial progress and will seek strategic partners for collaborative investment. The overarching goal of the project is to forge a synergistic ecosystem that combines 'new energy' with 'computing power', thereby facilitating the company's transformation into a provider of green computing power and comprehensive energy services. Considering the substantial scale of the project's investment and the prerequisites involved, such as obtaining national approval, securing land allocation, and attracting partners, the final plan may be subject to considerable modifications or even cancellation. However, this is not anticipated to have a significant impact on the company's current financial standing.
