"The rapid expansion of computing power has spurred the emergence of a new paradigm known as 'computing-electricity synergy'," stated Yang Kun, Secretary of the Party Committee at the China Electricity Council, as he addressed the emerging challenges confronting the power sector. Given the substantial energy demands inherent in computing operations, there is a pressing need for the power system to adapt and evolve. To this end, it is imperative to foster the integrated development of a mutually beneficial relationship where "computing capabilities are tailored to electricity availability, and electricity supply is optimized through computing efficiency". This can be achieved through innovative models such as the establishment of green computing power parks and the seamless integration of energy sources, grids, loads, and storage systems, thereby establishing a robust energy infrastructure for the digital era.
