On March 26, 2026, at the 2026 Zhongguancun Forum Annual Conference, Sugon proudly introduced the world’s inaugural cable-free box-type super node, dubbed the "Sugon scaleX40." This innovative product boasts a standard 19-inch box architecture, with each unit occupying a compact 16U space. Its deployment efficiency is remarkable, achieving 2.5 times the density of an 8-card system, and it can accommodate up to 40 GPU cards. The scaleX40 delivers an impressive FP8 computing power exceeding 28 PFLOPS, complemented by a substantial HBM memory capacity of over 5TB and a memory bandwidth surpassing 80TB/S. Moreover, its scale-up aggregated bandwidth exceeds an astounding 17TB/S. In addition to these hardware advancements, the Sugon scaleX40 incorporates a built-in software stack that is not only compatible with CUDA but also optimized for over 800 large-scale models. This integration ensures a more streamlined, accessible, and user-centric computing power solution tailored for enterprise-level AI applications.
