This innovative product boasts a standard 19-inch box architecture, with each unit occupying a compact 16U space. Its deployment efficiency is remarkable, achieving 2.5 times the density of an 8-card system, and it can accommodate up to 40 GPU cards. The scaleX40 delivers an impressive FP8 computing power exceeding 28 PFLOPS, complemented by a substantial HBM memory capacity of over 5TB and a memory bandwidth surpassing 80TB/S. Moreover, its scale-up aggregated bandwidth exceeds an astounding 17TB/S.
