The Lufthansa Group, based in Germany, is set to forge a partnership with SpaceX to equip its entire fleet of roughly 850 aircraft with Starlink's high-speed broadband internet system. This ambitious initiative will be executed in a phased manner, commencing in the latter half of 2026. The project aims to achieve comprehensive coverage across the entire fleet by no later than 2029. What's more, all passengers, regardless of their class of travel, as well as Travel ID users, will enjoy complimentary access to this service.
