According to the WeChat official account of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Information and Communication Regulatory Work Conference convened in Beijing on the evening of December 25. The conference underscored the importance of harnessing the strategic guidance of planning to formulate and execute a suite of high-caliber development blueprints for the industry during the 15th Five-Year Plan period. Additionally, it highlighted the necessity of adopting a demand-driven strategy to systematically propel the research and development (R&D) of 6G technology, the formulation of standards, and the cultivation of applications. Moreover, the conference stressed the imperative of deeply implementing initiatives that integrate and empower the Industrial Internet and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Furthermore, the gathering emphasized the foundational significance of networks, advocating for the promotion of coordinated development between terrestrial and space-based networks, as well as domestic and international networks.
