The 2025 Computing Internet Conference took place in Chengdu, Sichuan, from December 24 to 25. At the conference, the cross - regional system of the National Computing Internet Service Platform was officially rolled out, signifying the initial achievement and verification of the '1 + M + N' architectural framework.

In this framework, '1' denotes the National Computing Internet Service Platform. 'M' represents multiple regional interconnection platforms. These platforms have carried out computing power interconnection and interoperability validations in key computing power hubs, including Beijing, Inner Mongolia, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Sichuan, Guizhou, Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia, and Ningbo. 'N' stands for multiple industry interconnection platforms.

China Telecom, China Mobile, and China Unicom have embarked on the construction of a computing internet test network. This network establishes a unified framework for computing power interconnection that spans the entire nation and facilitates cross - layer collaboration. By 2025, the computing internet test system is projected to have cumulatively scheduled 20 million card - hours.

Concurrently, the Sichuan Hub Service Node of the National Computing Internet was also launched.
