Lianhua Holdings disclosed that its holding sub - entity's subsidiary, Lianhua Zixing, has entered into a Product Sales Contract with EⅫ Company. As per the contract terms, EⅫ Company is set to supply Lianhua Zixing with 4,000 accelerator cards along with associated services, with the entire contract valued at 200 million yuan.
The contract clearly outlines that Lianhua Zixing has already made an initial payment equivalent to 60% of the total contract value, that is, 120 million yuan. Nevertheless, the delivery of the products is yet to take place. These accelerator cards and the accompanying services are earmarked for Lianhua Zixing's intelligent computing business, and are expected to significantly bolster its competitiveness in the market.
