Strengthening the synergy between computing power and electricity will supply the necessary energy support for the computing power sector. Additionally, prioritizing the creation of high-quality datasets will propel the growth of the data industry. The proactive opening up of public data (leading the way in data liberalization) will unlock the value inherent in enterprise and personal data, nurture the data annotation sector, and hasten the marketization and valuation of data assets, ensuring a secure and efficient flow of data.
