NVIDIA and xAI announced on Wednesday that Saudi Arabia is building a large-scale data center equipped with approximately 600,000 NVIDIA GPUs, with a total power consumption of 500 megawatts. xAI, owned by Musk, will become the first customer of this data center, which is being constructed by Humain, a company controlled by Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund. In addition to NVIDIA, AMD and Qualcomm will also provide chip support for the data center.
