This movement played a pivotal role in propelling Israel's high-tech industry to prominence.

Now, as we stand on the brink of a second major talent migration, Huawei has proactively established 16 R&D centers around the world. These centers have brought together a formidable workforce of over 100,000 R&D professionals. In 2024 alone, Huawei's investment in R&D soared to an impressive RMB 141.9 billion. Embracing an open and inclusive stance, Huawei is actively attracting top-tier talent from across the globe. Regardless of the country where scientists wish to conduct their research, Huawei has corresponding research institutions in place to accommodate their needs.
