On November 11, Google made an announcement that it is set to channel a staggering 5.5 billion euros into Germany between 2026 and 2029. This substantial investment is earmarked for the development of infrastructure and office spaces. In terms of specific projects, the investment will cover the construction of a brand-new data center in Dietzenbach. Additionally, Google will persist in pouring funds into the existing Hanau data center campus. Moreover, there are plans to expand office spaces in key German cities, namely Berlin, Frankfurt, and Munich.
